While I received a flower delivery confirmation the flowers were never delivered and when I tried to call the number was disconnected. My mother will now not receive her mother’s day flowers and presumably someone else will get flowers from strangers or the flowers were simply never delivered.
I have nothing but great things to say about Twigs Flower Company. The ordering process (I am out of state) was very simple. The order was processed promptly. The gentleman delivering the flowers was very helpful and patient after I had given the wrong address. He took my order home and made sure they were delivered first thing the next morning with out any hesitation despite my mistake. The flowers were exactly as pictured and the recipient was very happy.
