Twigs was very helpful, and had a large selection.
Their delivery of flowers to a friend was prompt.
Great experience and beautiful flowers. I got same day delivery and had a specific time frame. I shared that in the delivery comments and they met that. My wife was thrilled with the flowers and they look and smell great.
The flowers were absolutely stunning. I am so pleased and the recipient has commented many times how much she loves them! I will certainly be using Twigs in the future. My only suggestion is to *please* put up a sign with your name on it on the outside of the building. Unfortunately it was the day of the marathon when I was picking up the arrangement and it took me almost 2 hours to find the location, because of all the road closures. I do not live in Salt Lake and am not real familiar. I thought Cactus and Tropicals was the location but there was nothing on the signage or building that indicated it was also Twigs florist so I passed by and called to get the location. It took another 30 minutes to find a way back with all of the roads closed. When I walked into the store there was nothing indicating where I should go to pick up flowers. It was pretty frustrating and a lot of wasted time. (in the future I will not be ordering a pick up on the marathon day for sure!!!)
