Super nice people, and the flowers were in great condition, high quality, but the actual design really didn't match the design in the picture. :( I wish they would have been more careful with making it, I don't think it is a hard design to create. But I would still use them again, I would just be cautious about what you see online and what you actually get.
I have nothing but great things to say about Twigs Flower Company. The ordering process (I am out of state) was very simple. The order was processed promptly. The gentleman delivering the flowers was very helpful and patient after I had given the wrong address. He took my order home and made sure they were delivered first thing the next morning with out any hesitation despite my mistake. The flowers were exactly as pictured and the recipient was very happy.
